The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Sydney Environment, Planning & Communities (EP&C) team on an initial 18-month full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines, responding to change, and competing priorities.
  • Provide administrative support to legal and business services staff, enhancing our client experience.
  • Scanning, printing, or photocopying relevant documents as required by the relevant practice group support colleague or Lawyer.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the practice group, including dealing with incoming mail, expense management, booking meeting rooms, amending documents, and other administrative duties.
  • Prepare files for archiving and manage return and retrieval of files following firm guidelines.
Requirements
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a desire to commence a lasting career within legal support.
  • 0-12 months administrative experience.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • The ability to work five days per week in the office.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
