About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Sydney Legal Support team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Legal Assistants and provide administrative support to legal and business services staff, enhancing our client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the practice group, including scanning, printing, and photocopying documents as required.
  • Prepare files for archiving and manage the return and retrieval of files according to firm guidelines.
Requirements
  • 0-12 months of administrative experience.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and previous customer service experience.
  • The ability to work five days per week in the office and demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
