Job Title: Aviation Security Specialist
">We are seeking an experienced professional to join our National Security team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our operations.
">- Provide administrative support to the National Security & Compliance Manager.
- Manage ABF B301 & B1555 updates and maintain staff lists for our workforce.
- Assist in the management of security identification services (ID Access requests, onboarding, offboarding).
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
- Participate in new staff inductions and ensure all employees are aware of the Security requirements of the business.
- Issue monthly compliance reports to key stakeholders and management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Experience in Customs, ATO warehouse license applications.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under conflicting time pressures.
- Methodical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication influencing skills.
