ISS Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced aTerminal Aviation Security Manager to lead day-to-day operational activities at Melbourne Airport.
This pivotal role ensures smooth operations, compliance excellence, and outstanding customer experiences across all ISS aviation points.
You'll be the first point of escalation for Aviation Protection officers and a champion of our core values and leadership principles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily operations and compliance activitiesAct as the first escalation point for security-related concernsConduct spot audits and support internal investigationsMonitor staffing, rostering, and operational calendarsDrive performance management and staff developmentCommunicate operational changes and release SOPs/toolbox talksChampion customer service aligned with ISS and Melbourne Airport standardsSupport innovation and continuous improvement initiativesPromote and maintain OH&S standards and practicesWhat We're Looking ForProven customer service excellence in aviation or similar environmentsStrong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesExperience in managing operational compliance and performanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganised, outcome-focused, and deadline-drivenHigh personal integrity and professionalismHospitality, sales, or customer-facing rolesAviation industry or airline operational experience highly desirableWhat is in for you?
