Job Title: Security Systems Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring terminal safety and security.

  • Maintaining Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for efficient operation
  • Monitoring system status, alarms, and uptime with active intervention when issues arise
  • Managing service desk tickets and working closely with the Applications Support team during upgrades
  • Coordinating system design and integration for new projects
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met in line with service agreements
  • Configuring access permissions for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring hardware lifecycles and contributing to asset replacement planning
  • Leading camera view management in collaboration with operational stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise-level servers, security software, and field hardware, a strong understanding of network infrastructure and aviation security principles, and practical experience with CCTV analytics integration.
