
Key Account Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, food safety, and product quality for our customers.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate clear and open dialogue with diverse stakeholders.

In This Role You Will- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct on-site quality testing, inspections, and audits to help customers identify and address potential contamination or hygiene issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when issues arise with our products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate regular business review meetings with your customers.
- Experience in sales or manufacturing
- Ability to facilitate clear and open dialogue with diverse stakeholders at site level and beyond.
- Great communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and maintain equipment
- Ability to work autonomously and hungry to learn
