Job Title:Maintenance Performance Leader

 

Job Description:

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Performance Leader to drive maintenance strategy, enhance asset performance, and lead cross-functional projects. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our maintenance standards, driving change, and promoting continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Frameworks: Create and implement strategic frameworks for maintenance planning, compliance, and continuous improvement across Network Operations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Drive cross-functional projects aimed at uplifting maintenance standards, driving change, and enhancing asset performance.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build relationships across Australia with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Industry Knowledge: Leverage industry knowledge of regulations and standards related to plant and equipment, including Federal Government's Security of Critical Infrastructure Act, Management of Plant Code of Practice, and other regulatory requirements and best-practice guidelines.

About You:
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic and commercially astute thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs in automated environments, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or technology environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP and/or MEX preferred) and compliance tracking tools.
