About Our Maintenance Expert

We're seeking a seasoned expert to develop and optimize maintenance strategies that minimize asset downtime.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability analyses in maintenance strategies.
  • Support the development and prioritization of optimized maintenance strategies.
  • Integrate optimized maintenance strategies into our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and convert them into effective routines.
  • Update planned maintenance tasks in CMMS and document management systems.
  • Provide critical maintenance support information.
  • Ensure necessary documentation is stored within our document management system.
  • Manage maintenance documentation effectively.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely document reviews.
  • Coordinate failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA) for plant failures.
  • Monitor overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of renewable assets.
  • Identify key downtime causes and derive KPIs like mean time between failure (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), reliability, maintainability & availability.
  • Contribute valuable insights to inform whole-of-life asset plans.
  • Offer technical advice to enhance plant performance through data-driven decision making.

  • Experience working with CMMS and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with FMEA and RCA methodologies.
