Job Summary:

  • Maintain and repair industrial equipment.
  • Reprogram machines and robots, with a focus on Fanuc robot systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular maintenance on all plant machinery to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals and schematic prints to perform required maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate effectively with production teams and senior leadership to resolve problems and improve processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in industrial maintenance or related field, along with a strong foundation in math and computer skills.
  • Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), drives, and industrial controls is highly desirable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • A proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving results is essential for success in this role.

Work Environment:

  • The successful candidate will be exposed to various environmental conditions, including temperature fluctuations, humidity, and noise levels.
  • Prolonged standing and occasional heavy lifting may be required as part of the job duties.
  • Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds, with occasional handling of heavier weights.
