Job Title: Maintenance Optimization Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in developing and refining electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance strategies to minimize asset downtime within the renewable energy sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Champion reliability improvement initiatives by leveraging asset performance and diagnostic data to enhance performance and drive operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate effective collaboration between engineering, maintenance and asset services subject matter experts to ensure that the outcomes of reliability analyses are integrated into maintenance strategies.
  • Support renewable energy engineering and maintenance teams in developing, prioritizing and obtaining endorsement for optimized maintenance strategies for the renewable energy portfolio.
  • Ensure that optimized planned maintenance tasks have all necessary documentation developed and stored within the document management system.

The ideal candidate will possess experience utilizing reliability engineering techniques and asset management principles to drive improvement, and demonstrated previous experience in leading reliability improvement initiatives and developing maintenance documentation in power stations or other similar heavy industry settings.
