We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to join our Brisbane team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of residential leasing across our property portfolio, ensuring high occupancy rates and delivering excellent service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end leasing process for Meriton's residential properties in Brisbane, including conducting open inspections, and liaising with the Building and Property Managers.

Drive leasing performance by proactively minimising vacancy periods and ensuring competitive rental returns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings across all digital platforms and marketing channels.

Develop strong relationships with prospective tenants, internal stakeholders, and building management teams to facilitate a seamless move-in experience.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout the leasing process.

Monitor market trends and provide feedback on pricing, tenant demand, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential leasing, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.

• Be available to work on Saturdays

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (PropertyMe or similar experience desirable).
