Posted : 29 / 7 / 2025 Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 p/a Location: Townsville CBD, North QLD (with travel to Mackay) Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and retail assets on behalf of a well-regarded national commercial agency.
This role is based in Townsville and involves managing a diverse group of assets by providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring proactive maintenance, lease compliance, and financial oversight.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold high standards of property presentation and performance.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in a Property Manager role within a commercial agency or landlord-side environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections and coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance works Manage tenant relationships, lease compliance, and expiry schedules Assist with lease negotiations and coordinate leasing agents Provide monthly reports, risk assessments, and financial updates to clients Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and outgoings reconciliations Maintain accurate records including insurance, guarantees, and contractor compliance The ideal candidate will have: Experience managing commercial or retail property portfolios Strong understanding of lease documentation and property legislation Excellent organisational and communication skills Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reconciliations Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite If you believe this role suits your experience, please contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and cover letter.
