The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workers Compensation/Premium and Credit Management, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in a client-focused role. You'll be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused premium and credit management services to all Workers Compensation clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing renewals and annual adjustments to premium
  • Identifying and reporting risks that may impact the business
  • Understanding and complying with policies and procedures related to securing and handling company and client information
  • Achieving monthly productivity levels as designated by management
  • Analyzing and forecasting client premium projections
  • Responding to premium-related queries via phone, written correspondence, or client visits
  • Maintaining accurate employer information and workplace details
  • Evaluating and allocating Workers Compensation Industry Classifications, Premium Calculations, Succession & Grouping
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Creating arrangements for premium repayment in line with GBS and VWA guidelines
  • Complying with relevant legislative requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Proactively managing the debtor position to maintain external business relationships
  • Attending internal and external training courses to update technical knowledge and personal development

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary package, including an estimated $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
