Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

This is a key role in our hotel, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, including front-of-house activities, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate daily activities, prioritize tasks, and manage labor costs while optimizing shift efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate daily food and beverage operations.
  2. Coaching, mentoring, and training colleagues.
  3. Leading and coordinating operational outlets.
  4. Managing inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  5. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house operations.
  6. Implementing and enforcing company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards, menu planning, inventory management, and event catering.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
