After Hours Service Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate individual to provide after-hours support for residents of the Bridge Program.
- To ensure resident compliance with policy and procedures of the program after hours.
- To assess client issues, needs, and circumstances and report these to the case facilitator team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining centre cleanliness and tidiness, including client rooms and common areas. Centre guidelines, policies, and procedures will be adhered to.
Effective relationships will be established with clients that encourage self-determination and participation. The successful applicant will assist clients to improve their situation by providing support to implement case plans in accordance with TSA case management models and standards of practice.
The Salvation Army is a child-safe organisation committed to protecting children and young people from harm. A Working with Children Check and National Police Check will be required.
Key RequirementsExperience in social work or a related field is desirable.
The successful applicant will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of integrity and professionalism is essential.
