They are currently seeking a talented AFTER HOURS TRAVEL CONSULTANT on a Permanent Part-Time basis, to join their dynamic team. Be part of a fun and professional team while delivering exceptional service.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Provide exceptional emergency assist and after hours travel consulting advice
- Maintain strong client relationships at every interaction
- Organise contingency plans in the unfortunate event of a disaster
- Contribute to the management of GDS queues

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous GDS experience (Sabre GDS and Tramada)
- Exceptional fares and ticketing knowledge
- Previous experience in an After Hours environment
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal communication skills including professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent time management skills, working well under pressure and displaying efficient multitasking abilities
- Ability to work autonomously with a keen eye for detail
