Job Description:

The position of Clinical Nurse Manager is a vital role within our organisation, responsible for providing after-hours administration and bed management at Carnarvon Hospital. This individual will lead by example, promoting clinical standards of quality care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and coordinate after-hours services
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates for this role must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their team. A strong background in nursing management, coupled with experience in after-hours care delivery, is essential.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Nursing or relevant field
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in nursing management
