Job Summary

The Educator role is a critical component of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating exceptional customer experiences, providing top-quality product education, and fostering a sense of community and culture within our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience
    • Engage with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience, valuing their time and providing personalized support.
    • Assess customer needs to offer effective solutions and support, ensuring seamless transactions and omnichannel programs.
    • Provide technical product education, articulating the value and benefits of our products.
    • Facilitate a smooth end-to-end customer experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions and executing market-relevant programs.
    • Move dynamically throughout the store to engage with customers and attend to their needs.
    • Receive customer feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns and improve the customer experience.
    • Inform customers about local community programs and initiatives, such as community events and partnerships.
  • Working with Others
    • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment, welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and customers.
    • Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer experience and support store operations.
  • Operations
    • Perform product presentation tasks, such as restocking and maintaining store displays, according to company standards.
    • Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive customer experiences.
    • Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and luxurious store environment.
    • Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
