Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office All Rounder to join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Hobart. As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Front Office Operations: Assist with check-in, check-out, valet parking, luggage assistance, and responding to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Full Tasmanian Manual Driver's License is essential.
