We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart. As a key point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information and advice to guests on local attractions, events, and services
- Process and deliver messages for guests
- Deliver and safely store guest luggage
- Stay current with all hotel services and daily VIP requests
- Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
- Provide support to management as required
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Previous experience in a concierge role is advantageous, but not essential. If you are a team player with a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
