As a highly skilled Tenant Management Organisation Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality housing management services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service delivery and monitor performance to meet governance and financial oversight requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Tenancy Management Organisations (TMOs) and support them in delivering resident-focused services.
  • Monitor compliance with the Modular Management Agreement and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and strong organisational and time management skills.
