Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate tenant relocations that contribute to safe and secure housing outcomes.

The successful candidate will work directly with tenants, including those with complex support needs, to identify suitable properties and connect them with advocates and support services.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing all aspects of tenant relocations in line with the relocation plan, working directly with tenants, their families, and advocates to provide tailored relocation advice, identifying suitable housing options, and connecting them with support services.

Requirements
  • NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Sydney Metro
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs
  • Ability to manage relocation logistics
