About the Role

As a Tenant Services Liaison, you will be responsible for providing support to tenants across various functions. This includes housing, maintenance, and community development.

  • You will complete administrative tasks to support the MAH team by adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files.
  • Assist with queries, questions, or concerns from tenants.
  • Review and support key performance indicators (KPIs) related to arrears, inspections, and vacant property processes.
  • Triage incoming calls, log maintenance requests, and ensure accurate data for service performance improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and professionals as required.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing strategies that connect tenants to additional support services.

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups.
  • Community housing experience, real estate, or community services background is highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing priorities.
  • Relevant qualification in social or community services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products for reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A current driver's license and Working With Children Check are essential requirements.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination is also mandatory.
