**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to provide technical assistance and drive incident management and resolution.
  • Work diligently to ensure critical collaboration and customer systems operate smoothly by addressing important issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively, share knowledge, and respond promptly to keep customers satisfied.
  • Contribute to supporting cutting-edge cloud hosted and on-premises collaboration technologies.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex unified communications and video issues.

**Day-to-Day Operations:**

This role operates Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm. Shifts are provided at least four weeks in advance, with opportunities to earn overtime and additional compensation for after-hours work or call-out situations.
