Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our Unified Collaboration Support team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and facilitating the delivery of managed services for collaboration technologies.

You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to resolve technical issues, drive incident management, and implement change management initiatives.

This role requires a strong vendor management focus, working closely with various technology providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

As a Tier 2/3 specialist, you will also be responsible for mentoring and providing assistance to other team members, ensuring knowledge gaps are filled and complex problems are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Mentor and assist junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in incident management and change management initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Cisco collaboration platform suite of products.
  • Knowledge of SBC and SIP voice technologies, including AudioCodes and Oracle solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
