Job Title: Unified Collaboration Expert

Overview:

In a role as a Unified Collaboration Expert, you will provide technical support and facilitate the delivery of managed services for collaboration technologies in accordance with contracted service level agreements. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to deliver exceptional service and drive incident management and resolution.

This role involves delivering brilliant service to multiple enterprise customers across key technologies and products. Your expertise in Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Dedicated Instance, CUCM, AudioCodes, and Oracle SBCs and SIP voice will be invaluable to our team.

As a Tier 2/3 expert, you will also mentor and assist other collaboration specialists and support advisors within the team, filling knowledge gaps and providing guidance on complex problems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure critical collaboration and customer systems run smoothly by addressing important issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sharing your knowledge and responding quickly to their needs.
  • Contribute to our exciting journey in supporting cutting-edge cloud-hosted and on-premises collaboration technologies.
  • Learn and work within a structured environment following standard IT service management practices based on ITIL principles.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn.
  • Experience and/or certification with Microsoft Teams and Cisco collaboration platform suite of products is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment is necessary.
  • Genuine interest in collaboration technologies and their large-scale application is a must.
