Job Title:

Director of Premium Audit Operations

 

Overview:

The Director of Premium Audit Operations plays a pivotal role in executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and driving business outcomes. This leader oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the premium audit function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Execution & Operational Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement departmental goals, strategies, and initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless audit service delivery across regions, meeting customer expectations.
  3. Audit Program Development: Design and refine audit programs to support market retention, growth, and revenue enhancement.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure audit practices comply with state regulations, company filings, and industry standards, minimizing risk exposure.
  5. Vendor Engagement: Manage relationships with premium audit vendors, fostering collaboration and mutual value creation.
  6. Quality Assurance: Oversight for regional quality control reviews, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Customer & Agent Relations: Collaborate with insureds and agents on audit inquiries or disputes, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in premium audit or related fields.
