Full Time Sales Merchandiser with Territory Responsibilities

Overview
The LEGO Group is seeking a skilled Full Time Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing in-store merchandising solutions across a territory to maximize sales opportunities.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (dependent on experience and location)
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Field Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to help improve sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising products across retail stores, ensuring activities, planograms, and promotions are implemented at store level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products within major accounts
- Implement store-level activities, planograms, and promotions
- Collect market information regularly and share with office-based Sales and Marketing teams
- Pack out stock and manage SOH in back docks
- Educate store teams about the brand
- Assist with store set-ups and installations according to agreed plans and directions
- Handle multiple in-store relationships
- Motivate store contacts to prioritize the brand
- Utilize POP 6 in-store as a sales tool, including opening and closing calls and surveys
Requirements
- Merchandising experience in a consumer-packaged goods company and/or retail experience
- Strong work ethic
- Efficient time management
- Influencing and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
