">We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Territory Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales objectives, achieving target achievements, and budget success within the assigned territory.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and/or exceed set sales budgets.">
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, protecting and growing market-leading positions for McPherson's brands.">
- Initiate in-store activities such as POS, merchandising, training, expo's, and customer events specific to key accounts.">
- Provide written reports and field intelligence in a timely manner as requested by the State Manager.">

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.">
- The ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.">

- Experience using CRM tools - REX Offline platform preferred.">
