Garage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Garage Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our garage. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling jobs, consulting with clients, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule jobs in consultation with the Service Supervisor & Clients.
- Consult and address problems that clients may raise regarding scheduled works.
- Ordering of stock and materials for jobs.
- Preparing invoices.
- Organize internal quotes / works.
- Organize freight and accept deliveries.
- General Administration Duties.
- Liaise with Technicians on their day to day needs.
- Any other Scheduling / Admin requirements.
- Be able to help the technicians with simple work in the workshop when it is busy.
- Relevant experience working in customer service & administrative setting and excellent customer focus.
- Background from a high-pressure fast-pace environment.
- Ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A flexible and adaptive working approach.
- Mechanical experience or knowledge possibly with qualifications.
