About The Role
As the
Community Marketing & Operations Specialist
in the Experience Garage, you'll be at the heart of connecting people, ideas, and impact. Your role bridges creativity and structure – helping us showcase innovation stories, strengthen our community, and keep our operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with innovators and leaders across SAP to ensure our initiatives are visible, measurable, and engaging.

What You'll Do

• Drive Alignment & Impact: Collect and structure OKRs to ensure transparency and focus across the Garage's programs.
• Streamline Operations: Build and maintain clear reporting processes that highlight outcomes and successes.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Design and deliver marketing assets (visuals, decks, stories) that make innovation tangible and exciting.
• Fuel Community Energy: Support planning and execution of internal community events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Create with Purpose: Develop design assets that reflect the Garage's innovative, creative spirit.
