About Us

We are a fast-growing online retail and manufacturing group, operating Yarn Marketplace (a leader in First Nations licensed wearable art) and our new print-on-demand venture The Print Garage.

We bring creativity, technology, and large-scale production together to deliver high-quality custom print solutions. Our Brisbane facilities house advanced digital printing technologies, and we're now looking for operators to join our team as we scale.


The Opportunity

We are recruiting for two talent levels:

  1. Digital Printing Operator (Mid-Level) – a hands-on "doer" with at least 2 years' experience running digital printers, able to reliably deliver high-quality daily output.
  2. Leading Hand / Production Lead – a senior operator with 5+ years' experience in digital printing and proven managerial skills, capable of driving workflow, quality, and mentoring team members.

This is a full-time onsite role at our Morningside facility.


Your Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain digital printing machines including:

    Sublimation, Cylindrical bottle, Small format UV, Solvent, DTF, and Kornit DTG printers.
  • Prepare files, substrates, and perform pre-press checks.
  • Perform colour calibration, troubleshoot print issues, and maintain consistent quality.
  • Manage consumables and routine maintenance.

  • For Leading Hand applicants:

  • Lead workflow and scheduling,

  • Supervise and support junior operators,
  • Drive continuous improvement across production.

About You

We want someone who:

  • Has 2+ years' experience (Operator) or 5+ years' experience with management track record (Leading Hand).
  • Understands multiple printing methods (DTG, DTF, UV, sublimation, solvent).
  • Brings strong technical aptitude for calibration, colour management, and troubleshooting.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and quality control.
  • Communicates effectively and works well in a team.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for artwork adjustments and file prep.
