Job Title: Claims Performance Manager
About the PositionWe are seeking an accomplished Claims Performance professional to lead initiatives that ensure we meet and exceed our performance benchmarks, quality standards, operational metrics, and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into actionable outcomes, strong collaboration abilities, and the capacity to influence through strategic planning across teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor, assess, and drive claims performance to meet business objectives and deliver value-added results.
- Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and Claims teams to develop comprehensive reporting that delivers data-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Inform and support the development of strategic initiatives that optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry bodies and regulatory entities.
The successful candidate will have experience in claims management, insurance performance, or a similar operational performance role, with a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
