The Opportunity:

  • Lead the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of claims processes to achieve high business performance.

This role offers a unique opportunity for specialist support and career growth in an exciting direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of claims processes;
  • Maintain a process repository and drive user engagement;
  • Engage with stakeholders in the development, execution, and implementation of processes and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Promote efficient processes within teams to improve operational controls and performance;
  • Deliver high-quality customer service towards all parties involved in claims processes within acceptable timeframes and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in workers compensation and claims management;
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation and regulations;
  • Developing and implementing claims processes and driving continuous improvement;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Highly developed communication skills;
  • A strategic mindset and approach to work;
  • A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
  • A resilient attitude.
