The Opportunity:
- Lead the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of claims processes to achieve high business performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity for specialist support and career growth in an exciting direction.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development, refinement, and continuous improvement of claims processes;
- Maintain a process repository and drive user engagement;
- Engage with stakeholders in the development, execution, and implementation of processes and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Promote efficient processes within teams to improve operational controls and performance;
- Deliver high-quality customer service towards all parties involved in claims processes within acceptable timeframes and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in workers compensation and claims management;
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation and regulations;
- Developing and implementing claims processes and driving continuous improvement;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- A strategic mindset and approach to work;
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
- A resilient attitude.
