Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Zephyr Sky Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to Hyatt's high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months industry experience in a similar role.
  • Valid NSW RSA certification.
  • Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
