Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Digital Learning Specialist to lead the development and delivery of training resources that support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs, design and deliver learning products, and facilitate training programs that enable the adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough training needs assessments
  • Leading the design, development, and delivery of a suite of training resources including e-learning modules and face-to-face interactions
  • Collaborating with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives align with business goals
  • Sharing insights from training delivery and assessments to inform future training initiatives
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing the effectiveness of training initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful, you will need:

  • A qualification in learning & development, education, or a related field
  • Experience in the training and assessment process, including training needs analysis and advanced facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
