Digital Learning Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide tailored support to specialist schools in Victoria, working with them to set and maintain their commitment to online safety.
The eSafety Commissioner's Best Practice Framework for Online Safety Education underpins our approach, providing an evidence-based framework for a nationally consistent approach to online safety education in schools.
You will be based in South Melbourne but will predominantly work with specialist schools across Victoria. We offer flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work from various locations and hours based on your needs.
Regular travel is required to provide in-person support to schools through training, presentations, and ongoing guidance via phone or virtual meetings.
- Work with specialist schools to implement eSmart digital learning products and set and maintain their commitment to online safety.
- Develop and modify eSmart resources and products to support the engagement and learning of children and young people with additional needs.
- Set and work towards KPIs based on priority schools and level of support.
- Provide tailored support to classroom teachers and school leadership based on the identified needs of their students, school community, and curriculum plans.
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual workshops and training sessions to introduce the program, provide support, and engage with schools, teaching staff, students, and parents.
