Senior Digital Learning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to design and deliver high-impact digital training programs that empower customers to achieve their business goals.
- Develop engaging digital learning journeys tailored to different customer segments and roles
- Create interactive learning content, guides, and resources that simplify complex workflows and drive product adoption
- Align training with key product releases and customer success priorities
- Analyse usage and feedback data to continuously improve content effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless learning experience
- Develop scalable programs that enable customers to achieve business outcomes faster
- Experience in customer enablement, onboarding, or digital learning, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience creating and delivering engaging digital learning programs at scale
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles
- Proficiency with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and video production/editing tools
- Data-driven mindset to measure impact and iterate programs
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication and facilitation skills
