As a seasoned professional in the Real Estate sector, you will lead ambitious opportunities and shape the future of investing. You will be responsible for team management, sourcing acquisitions, underwriting and evaluating the acquisition, negotiating the agreement, coordinating the due diligence process, and closing transactions.
You will also execute capital market activity, property dispositions, and drive the strategy and execution of Australian investment opportunities from a market perspective.
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, preferably from institutional Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Real Estate development.
They should have a demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian Real Estate transactions across Commercial and/or Residential assets.
Experience in structuring Real Estate transactions on behalf of foreign capital for non-discretionary and discretionary investment accounts would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Team management and leadership
- Sourcing and executing acquisitions
- Underwriting and evaluating real estate deals
- Negotiating agreements and contracts
- Coordinating due diligence processes
- Closing transactions and achieving business outcomes
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, preferably in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Real Estate development
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian Real Estate transactions across Commercial and/or Residential assets
- Strong understanding of capital markets and real estate investments
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
