About the Role

The Culture and Retention Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing the culture within the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and supporting the growth and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organisational culture enhancement and retention initiatives
  • Develop branch recruitment strategies
  • Identify and implement wellbeing and WHS strategies and practices in conjunction with NEMA Wellbeing and Conditions team
  • Identify and implement mental health support initiatives
  • Improve branch communications
  • Design development pathways for branch team members
Requirements
  • A positive mindset
  • Highly-developed oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to gain an NV1 security clearance and satisfy AFP building access requirements
