NEMA Supervisor, Culture and Retention Specialist

The Culture and Retention Supervisor will play a key role in enhancing the culture within the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and supporting the growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organisational culture enhancement and retention initiatives
- Develop branch recruitment strategies
- Identify and implement wellbeing and WHS strategies and practices in conjunction with NEMA Wellbeing and Conditions team
- Identify and implement mental health support initiatives
- Improve branch communications
- Design development pathways for branch team members
- A positive mindset
- Highly-developed oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and resilience
- Ability to gain an NV1 security clearance and satisfy AFP building access requirements
