About the Role
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for providing a security presence at our sites, while remaining alert and focused. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing and maintaining our site database, assisting with rostering of personnel, and compiling weekly reports.
Training and DevelopmentThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all staff are inducted and trained appropriately for the site, and that they hold all relevant up-to-date licenses and certifications.
Incident ReportingThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all incidents are reported through the correct channels and that the appropriate actions are taken.
KPIs and ReportingThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that weekly and/or monthly KPIs are achieved and reported.
Requirements
- Security Industry Experience
The Security Supervisor will require 12 months of experience in the security industry.
Certificate II in Security OperationsThe Security Supervisor will require a Certificate II in Security Operations and a security license.
First Aid and CPR CertificateThe Security Supervisor will require a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
Open Driver's LicenseThe Security Supervisor will require an open driver's license.
High-Level Computer LiteracyThe Security Supervisor will require high-level computer literacy skills.
