About the Role

The Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement team at CareSouth is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, develop, and implement strategic marketing and communications campaigns to build CareSouth's brand awareness and promote our services.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders across various marketing and communications disciplines to ensure effective and efficient campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate various marketing disciplines for campaign delivery, including communications, media relations, events, digital, advertising, and more.
  • Produce high-quality, strategic communications and creative assets.
  • Prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Media, and Communications or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to present solutions and use initiative.
  • Proven ability to coordinate various marketing disciplines for campaign delivery.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team and prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships.
  • Proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Will to undergo a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check clearance.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in a CRM system.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Agency or client-model experience.
