- Develop and maintain relationships with the wider community to promote the Bupa brand and products, and drive the acquisition of new members.
- Assist existing Bupa members with their day-to-day transactions, ensuring they understand the full value of their health insurance product.
- Identify and address customer concerns, providing solutions and educating members on the benefits they can access.
