Smith+Nephew is committed to breaking health barriers, empowering people to accept limitless possibilities. As a Key Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and acceleration of our products in the hospital channel.



About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to achieve budgeted sales, market share, and focus products within assigned territory. You will develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products, reviewed quarterly. Additionally, you will ensure that all territory planning activities help drive accurate actions to maximize return on investment.



What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with prior experience within the healthcare industry. Your indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related areas, will enable you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to hospital customers.



Requirements


  • Fomal education in Business or relevant medical field
  • Prior sales experience within the healthcare industry
  • Indepth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia and/or New Zealand, solid understanding of wound care or related areas
  • Shown success selling into hospitals
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible personal/vacation time off, paid holidays, flex holidays, and paid community service day. Our hybrid work model allows for remote work options, while our comprehensive training program includes hands-on, team-customized, and mentorship opportunities.
