We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Order Services Officer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Global Delivery Business unit, you will play a critical role in servicing clients in APAC and driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team and oversee daily service delivery and production activities, ensuring seamless processing and adherence to SLAs.
- Approve high-value transactions, handle risk emails, and facilitate asset conversions.
- Monitor emails, ensure timely responses, and guide staff to handle queries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate issues effectively.
- Manage KPIs, overtime, turnover, and other key performance metrics.
- Ensure controls, checklists, and compliance requirements are met.
- Train and develop new staff, complete performance appraisals, and identify key talent.
- Conduct regular team meetings and identify process gaps and risks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8+ years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
- Knowledge of securities language, Corporate Actions, and Mutual Fund accounting.
