Fund Order Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund Order Services team as a Core Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong understanding of our mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.
You will work autonomously with confidence in a fast-paced, complex technical environment, building relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the senior associate in completing basic research and resolving inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.
Additionally, you will ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build understanding of existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes
- Work autonomously with confidence in a fast-moving, complex technical environment
- Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
- Assist the senior associate complete basic research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
