About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Core Operations Associate to join our Fund Order Services team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a deep understanding of our mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our existing mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes
  • Work independently with confidence in a fast-paced, complex technical environment
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups
  • Assist senior associates with basic research and resolve inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines on a daily basis, document and update procedures and team checklists, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Assist with client reporting and client projects
