Fund Order Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund Order Services team as a Core Operations Associate. This role is a key part of our Asia Pacific Global delivery team, located in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, complex technical environment with confidence.
- Build relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups.
- Assist senior associates in completing research and resolving inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all team deliverables are met within assigned deadlines, document and update procedures, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to client reporting and client projects.
- A strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confident and clear communication with diverse audiences.
- Highly motivated with exceptional integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
