Fund Order Services Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fund Order Services team as a Core Operations Associate. This role is a key part of our Asia Pacific Global delivery team, located in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of our mutual fund trading infrastructure and business processes.
- Work independently with confidence in a fast-paced, complex technical environment.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues across multiple functional groups.
- Assist senior associates in completing research and resolving inquiries for clients, trading partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of team deliverables, document and update procedures, and maintain adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to client reporting and client projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
