Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Ignite Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 to 3 technical support and reporting directly to the IT Service Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer servers, manage user/group permissions, and handle print services.
  • Provide Level 1 to 3 technical support, including troubleshooting complex issues and addressing hardware problems.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, printers, and mobile management.
  • Provide remote support, manage Mac devices and operating systems, and oversee enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
  • Use systems performance-monitoring tools and support video conferencing.
  • Conduct audits, manage service requests, and assist new starters.
  • Develop knowledge-based articles and contribute to IT process improvements.
  • Participate in a rotational weekend on-call roster as required.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT and relevant qualifications in IT, ICT, or related fields are desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, printers, mobile management, Mac devices, and remote support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Level 1 to 3 support and familiarity with backup and performance-monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads in a high-pressure environment.
